2 oz. dark rum
2 oz. triple sec
2 oz. light cream

Shake, strain into highball glass

 

Passion
1 ½ oz. Malibu rum
1 ½ oz of white rum
2oz. sour mix

2 oz. pineapple juice
pack of sugar
Shake well, top with 7-Up

 

Peach Bunny
2 oz. peach brandy
2 oz. white crème de cacao
2 oz. light cream

Shake, strain into tall glass

 

Pearl Harbor
1 oz. vodka
½ oz. Midori
2 oz.  pineapple juice

 

Peppermint Pattie
1 ½ oz. white crème de menthe
1 ½ oz. white crème de cacao

Shake, strain into rocks glass

 

Pina Colada
1 ½ oz. light rum
1 ½ oz. cream of coconut
2 oz. pineapple juice

Blend, serve in exotic glass

Garnish with cherry.

1 ½ oz. light rum

¼ oz. lime juice

Shake, strain into cocktail glass

1 ½ oz. Dr.’s Vanilla

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Shake, strain in a cocktail glass

Pink Lady
1 ½ oz. gin
3 oz. sour mix
1 oz. light cream
¼ oz. grenadine

Shake, strain into tall glass

 

Pink Pussycat
1 ½ oz. vodka
fill with pineapple juice
splash of grenadine

Stir in tall glass

 

Pink Squirrel
2 oz. crème de almond (noyaux)
2 oz. white crème de cacao
2 oz. light cream

Shake, strain into tall glass

 

Planter’s Punch
1 ½ oz. light rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. grapefruit juice
1 oz. sour mix
¼ oz. grenadine

Shake, strain into glass

Float dark rum on top

Polynesian Cocktail
1 ½ oz. vodka
¾ oz. cherry brandy
¼ oz. lime juice

Shake, strain into cocktail glass

 

Pop the Cherry
1 ½ oz. cherry brandy
fill with orange juice

Stir in tall glass

 

Prairie Fire
1oz Tequila
3-4 drops (or more) Tabasco sauce

Shoot it

 

Prarie Oyster

1 oz. Brandy

1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce

1 tsp.  ketchup

1 tbsp. Vinegar

 Pinch black pepper

Shake, strain into rocks glass over 2 ice cubes.

Gently place an egg yolk on top.

Add dash of cayenne pepper.
