1 ½ oz. Vodka

Pour vodka and OJ over ice.

Float Galliano on top.

Havana Cocktail
¾ oz. light rum
1 ½ oz. pineapple juice
¼ oz Lime juice

Shake, strain into cocktail glass

2 oz. gin
½ oz. triple sec
splash of pineapple

Shake, strain into cocktail glass

Headless Horseman
1 ½ oz. vodka
dash of bitters
fill with ginger ale

Hemingway

4 oz. Champagne

1 oz. Pernod

Serve in champagne flute.

Highball

1 ½ oz. Blended Whiskey

Club Soda or Ginger Ale

Pour Whiskey over ice.

Fill with club soda or ginger ale, stir.

½ oz Peppermint Schnapps

½ oz. Kahlua

Horny Toad

1 oz. Triple Sec

1 oz. Kahlua

1 oz. Cream

Layer over ice.

Horse’s Neck

2 oz. Blended Whiskey

Ginger Ale

1 Lemon

Peel rind of whole lemon & drop into collins

glass w/ end hanging over side of glass.

Fill with ice. Add whiskey & ginger ale, stir.

Honolulu Hammer
1 ½ oz. vodka
1/2 oz. amaretto
splash of pineapple juice
splash of grenadine

Shake, strain into cocktail glass

Hot Toddy

2 oz. Brandy

4 oz. hot tea

Hurricane

1 ½ oz. Light Rum

1 ½ oz. Dark Rum

1 oz. Gin

½ oz. Amaretto

2 oz. Pineapple juice

2 oz. Grapefruit juice

2 oz. Orange juice

Grenadine

Mix ingredients into glass w/ ice.

Top with grenadine. Garnish with a cherry.
