3 drops Bitters

Mix in blender with 3 oz. ice until smooth.

Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish w/lime.

Easter Bunny

1 ½ oz. Raspberry Vodka

1 oz. Crème de Cacao

¼ oz. Grenadine

Shake, strain over ice.

Electric Lemonade
1 1/4oz Vodka
1/2oz Blue Curacao
2oz Sweet and Sour Mix
Shake, pour in tall glass over ice.

Add splash of 7-Up

Eldorado

2 oz. Tequila

1 ½ oz. lime juice

1 tbsp honey

Shake, strain over ice

Embryo

1 ½ oz. Peppermint Schnapps

½ oz. grenadine

½ oz. cream

Poor chilled Peppermint Schnapps in

a cocktail glass. Add cream. Add

grenadine to center.

Emerald City

1 ½ oz. Midori

1 ½ oz. Blue Curacao

2 oz. Malibu

2 oz. sour mix

Shake, strain over ice.

Add a splash of 7-Up

Emerald Cocktail

1 oz. Irish whiskey

1 oz. Italian Vermouth

1 oz. Scotch Whiskey

Shake, strain into cocktail glass.

English Highball
¾ oz. gin
¾ oz. brandy
¼ oz. dry vermouth
fill with ginger ale or club soda

Serve in highball glass

Epidural

¾ oz. Vodka

¾ oz. Malibu

¾ oz Bacardi 151

2 oz. cream of coconut

Blend or shake and strain.

1 oz. Malibu

1 oz. Captain Morgan

1 oz. lime juice

1 oz. cranberry juice

1 oz. orange juice
